This blog is for anyone who has an anxiety disorder, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, borderline personality, or for those who are in relationships with people who have these disorders. I have lived with an anxiety order (including horrible panic attacks) for over 20 years, and have a relationship with someone who has borderline personality disorder, so I'm very familiar with both. I'm also mildly OCD. I want to share my experiences to help others, and hope you'll do the same.

- I'm a 44 year old female who has lived with an anxiety disorder since I was 18 years old. I have a relationship with someone who has a borderline personality disorder. My life, other than the anxiety and BPD, is normal and successful. I have kids and family, I'm creative and strong. But sometimes my life is a living hell.
